The price for detached houses applies to properties up to approximately 200 m² within a 50 km radius of Prague. For larger properties, more distant locations or non-standard access routes, the price is determined individually.

The PDF report will arrive within 48 hours of the inspection. For larger properties, the deadline may be individually extended.
Thermal imaging is reliable when the temperature difference between the interior and exterior is at least 10 °C. The ideal season is autumn to spring. In summer, results are not sufficiently conclusive, in such cases we will inform you and arrange a suitable date.
We operate primarily in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region. For greater distances (over 50 km from the centre of Prague), a travel allowance may be added to the price, this will always be stated in the offer, with no hidden charges.
Payment after inspection has been carried out, based on the invoice. For the building's owners' associations and companies, we issue a tax document. We do not request an advance payment.
